Filling Jalapeno mayonnaise. Viscosity too thick, cannot be poured – however
product can be pumped with a 1½” diaphragm pump with very short inlet pipe.

The machine has a floating piston in the pipe which is fitted with 2 x 2-way airoperated valves, all stainless steel.
Capable of filling 2 litres in 4 seconds, depending on the pump pressure.

Can also fill 5 litres with 2-strokes.

Pump is a Food grade Polly- Prop from Piper Pumps.

Also comes with a 2.7metre roller gravity conveyer with a skid-brake at the end of the conveyor.

This machine fills by mass, and is electronically controlled and capable of presetting 5 filling capacities.
