MANUALLY OPERATED FILLING MACHINE AVAILABLE IN A VARIETY OF CONFIGURATIONS. FULLY ADJUSTABLE TO SUIT YOUR FILLING REQUIREMENTS.

The MF-06 is a manually operated machine using the machine operator to stop filling at the correct level. This is a low cost entry level machine made entirely from food grade 316 stainless steal. It is available in a variety of configurations with 4, 6 or 8 head options. The machine is fully adjustable to fill a variety of containers ranging from 50ml all the way up to 5l. Each of the 6 heads fill the exact amount every fill. The machine is adaptable to mount on a fixed table top as well as a moving conveyer system. Suitable to fill any liquid product including food, water based, oil based and solvent based products. Depending on the viscosity of the product a pump may be required.

  OPTIONAL EXTRAS –
• Custom removable NON DRIP stainless steal nozzles.
• These nozzles ensure the containers and work area stay clean of product.
• Pneumatic lid closer closes 1/2, 1, 2 and 5 liter tin and plastic buckets.
• Load Cell Indicator measures the weight of one filling valve. The indicator has the high, low, go function with buzzer ensuring accurate fills consistently.
